We had a blast today. Our son Luke brought over his new smoker to try out. It worked great; it helps to start with our premium meats grown right here on the farm. Kristie insisted upon dressing the pork with pineapple. Like always, Kristie called it right, and it turned out fantastic. We smoked whole chickens, Boston pork-butt, chuck roast. On the grill, we made: ribeyes, sirloin steaks, and New York strips. This family experience was a touchdown. 🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈
