Have yall seen these waterless traps? Well unfortunately, it caused a leak at this customer’s house. Today we removed it went back to the basics and listened to the manufacturer on how to drain the unit.

This client should play the lottery. We had prescheduled an inspection on their hvac equipment and last night this part of the valley experienced up to 80mph wind. There was some carnage!!

Client in Sun City called us after they were quoted to replace an in warranty motor and the price seemed off. We saved them almost $600 and did it same day! Shopping local can always save you $$$
