You are seeing:
-Hatch Green Chili Chevre w/ crackers
-Cotija with assorted charcuterie
-Brie en croute1 w/ mushrooms and 1 w/ candied pecans and reislingberry jelly(I did not make the brie)
-Reislingberry Chevre with fresh fruit.

Of course it will not come pre eaten.
And it will come on disposable catering trays.

I will need 5 days notice...
