While we produce a boutique hand-crafted extra virgin olive oil using 9 varieties of olives, our passion is creating a great experience for our guests. The gourmet marketplace is a treasure of local foods, unique gifts and farm-casual dining. Stroll the olive grove, tour the mill and relax with a glass of wine in hand under an olive tree.

Cooking with extra virgin olive oil is NOT something to be afraid of!

Many people believe that you can’t cook with EVOO, because of a misunderstanding about smoke points. While some oils have higher smoke points, that doesn’t automatically make them better for cooking. Extra virgin olive oil has a smoke point that can range from approximately 375ºF to 410ºF, within the range of temperatures used for many everyday cooking methods. It’s a versatile choice for everyday cooking, from sautéing to roasting, and offers wonderful flavor along with beneficial compounds.
