Hi friends 👋🏽 Quick update from Aunty’s Masala Corner.
We’re temporarily pivoting to cottage food. We started as a pop-up tent vendor to test our Indian fusion menu, and we’ve loved meeting so many of you and thank you for supporting us at the events.

But the reality is the pop-up tent logistics became cost-prohibitive and very labor-intensive — setup/tear-down, hauling water, power, loading/unloading, and transporting everything (even with a brand-new cargo trailer).

For those who don’t know, cottage food means we can prep/cook/package right from our home, which helps us avoid all those event logistics. Meals will include simple heat-and-serve instructions so you can enjoy them easily at home.

We still want to keep our food available to you, and this pivot helps us keep moving forward while we work toward our bigger goal: building a food trailer. Every order and every share truly helps fund that next step.
