It’s the season to be in the Hudson Valley…visiting the different towns, watching the leaves change, eating at restaurants and cafes, and visiting farms… Clinton Corners is one of the best places you can visit and Ruby Hill Farm is an authentic farm you have to stop at. You’ll get to experience farm animals along with a clean, stacked farm shop. Check out our Apulian EVOO next time you’re there. It’s the perfect place for us to be…starting at one farm, with a localized supply chain to another. Make sure to grab some produce while there. The freezers and fridges in the back have some amazing options…steak, eggs, sausages, chicken… the list goes on… candles, cute house decor. If you’re looking for a gift, this is a great place to find it.…Diana and Emily will take care of you!

Hop over to Emiliano’s Market for a taste of Italy. This family business has those cozy vibes with a feeling of stepping into a shop in Italy... The mokas hanging from above, the shelves of authentic EVOO, cookies, jams, pasta.. the coffee, the sfogliatelle, the gelato. Panini also. You can’t go wrong here. Ask about the EVOO that’s proprio proprio proprio Pugliese and he’ll point us out! Stock is limited until next season!

We’re back in stock at Vittoria Mercato on Bedford Ave. Go say hi to Joe and grab a delicious coffee or sandwich. He’s one of the nicest people you’ll meet with authentic Italian products. Things are always changing with the EVOO market, including what people learn and decide to pick up, so we’re always happy to be a unique option on the shelf…great for every utility…for cooking, for finishing…don’t be fooled by the pretty label. Our EVOO is stable and buttery but has s***k! Vittoria_caffe

Borgatti's Ravioli & Egg Noodle is a staple of The Bronx’s Little Italy, off Arthur Avenue. Open for over 90 years, it has been run by the same family for generations. We’re so grateful they were eager to support our tiny family venture. You can find our Apulian Peranzana EVOO there for a limited time. It’s the perfect olive oil to top your meal off with…the salad, the apps, the first and second course…even the gelato. And you have to grab as much fresh pasta as you possibly can while you’re there. They’re making a bunch of different shapes, all of the highest quality. And yes…they ship nationwide! Add this authentic family shop, in its FOURTH generation, to your list of stops in The Bronx!

We call these Nonna’s cookies. Nothing fancy. They’re very simple. But they’re a Roman tradition, one passed to us from our Nonna, who was from Tivoli and lived in Roma. They’re known as ‘Ciambelle al Vino Bianco.’ I used to watch as Papa would dip them or break them up into red w**e. So we would with milk. They’re great with coffee too. And they’re so easy to make. EVOO, white w**e, sugar, 00 flour, anise seeds. That’s it. DM us if you want to learn how…. Grazie per l’inspirazione Stef e Cori! We’ll make you some next trip to make up for the bags upon bags I would take from Nonna back to NY every summer 😂
