We almost always have our trusty traditional ground beef on hand but after 500-600lbs flew out the door this past week 🤯 we are pretty much down to our grass finish beef! We do have enough patties saved for SMASHBURGERS tomorrow, so come grab a burger at the market or try our delicious grass finish ground beef! :)

Your favorite farmers market chef has outdone himself yet again with a grass finish EIO Family Farm Meats ribeye, some blue oyster mushrooms from Great River Mushrooms & Herbal, garlic from Althoff Farms, and some homegrown chalets off the family farm. Sadly we can’t offer this up to order but you can make it yourself at home. We will be back at the market in 2 weeks, see you all there!
