Anyone that attended the show or auction, and feeling like you missed out on getting some Beef or Pork for the freezer, here’s your chance to get it. Packed and ready to go home.

**Fill Your Freezer with Local Beef!** 🥩🌾

Howdy folks! Here at Chipola Meats Processing, we know there’s nothing quite like the peace of mind that comes from having a freezer full of quality, locally sourced beef to feed your family.

Right now, we’ve got custom beef quarters and halves available for you. We’re offering these at just **$6.50 per pound based on the rail weight**. Whether you’re looking to stock up for the season, planning some big family cookouts, or just want to ensure you have top-notch meat on hand, we’ve got you covered.

We also have a show steer that we purchased at the Youth Show in Quincy, FL., last week. This steer weighs 388 for one half and 411 lbs for the 2nd half, and is priced at $9.50 /lb of rail weight.

When you buy custom, you get exactly what you want, cut the way you like it. It’s farm-fresh goodness straight to your table.

Give us a holler to claim yours before they’re gone!
📞 **Call us at 850-220-5050** to place your order or ask any questions.

Thank you for supporting local agriculture and letting us serve your family! 🚜🇺🇸

It is show day!! Get in your cars and head this way to see the hard work of these kids and their projects.

Not only have the kids been working hard but so have many sponsors and volunteers. Speaking of which, thank you to The Feed Store in Havana for the shavings and the awesome photo wall! Your help and generosity is always appreciated.

It was recently brought to our attention that some of the previously distributed rule sheets had a date error for animal check in. All previously registered animals need to be checked in on Friday, March 6th. We apologize for any confusion and will see you all Friday morning at check in!

Swine - 8am - 10am
Steer and Heifer - 10am - 12pm

This show would not exist if it weren’t for our sponsors, our donors, and especially our volunteers. And speaking of volunteers, CGI Land Services and Isaac Hosford showed up today on their own time to get the barn, show ready. We were in a tight waiting on a few things to get done and running out of time. Once Issac found out about it, he showed up and got it done.

Isaac, you and your team are much appreciated.

Thank you sir!

Are you, someone you know, or a business you know interested in buying a steer or hog from this years show for the freezer? How about half of one? Well….. you can certainly come to the show and bid on one or let us know and we will put you on the list of buyers.

We have several preferred and partnered local butchers that would love to help make sure you get the right cuts and plenty of product for the year ahead. They will also handle transportstion of your purchase to their facility.

For a ballpark idea on prices, an average steer cost would somewhere around $6k +/- after purchase and butcher expense. For a hog, $750 +/- after purchase and butcher. Keep in mind that is pricing for a whole cow and hog. That’s a lot of meat!!!

If interested in learning more please send us a message and we will get back to you. Hope to see some of you at the show and auction on March 7, 2026.

Please check out the show information and additional details on the showman app.
