BEER RELEASE! ‘Capricornia’ is an Australian style mid-strength Lager. Gluten reduced, low carb, only 4% ABV, and incredibly crisp, light and crushable! The name references those hot northern Australia latitudes above the Tropic of Capricorn, where mid-strength lagers rule and the fishing is legendary. Shout out to cousin Ben on this one, who’s probably down the remote Roper River right now, out the back of Ngukurr, drowning himself in Four-X (local beer of choice), sweating his ass off, and hopefully hooked up to a meter-plus Barramundi. Fun fact - I brought a liter of water back from Ben’s house near Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia, and added it to the kettle when making this beer! Cheers mate! ~ Tom 🍻
