STEINHOLDING 2026! Qualifying round Friday 18th Sept at 7pm - competitors, sign up now in person at the brewery! Limited places available in men’s and women’s categories.

This the FIRST (qualifying round) of two Steinholding events at Quintopia this fall - we are again the California STATE FINAL venue on Sat 10th October at 2pm. Our qualifying male and female winners will be invited to the State Final, along with other qualifier winners from around the state. State final winners get invited to Nationals! Our own staff member Aimee travelled to Cincinnati last year to compete!

Live music after the Steinholding at both events! At the second, State Final, event we have the B**r Olympics crowd participation! - Precision Pretzel, Keg Races, and Weiner Chomp!

In case you missed it… we just released a new b**r, Negative Gravity, a hoppy l***r. Inspired and built upon last year’s Port Tack, we combined a clean L***r yeast with a few brewing tricks, and brought the final gravity (a measure of the density of b**r, pertaining to remaining unfermented sugars) below 1.000 SG, ie. negative gravity?! Gluten reduced, low carb, and only 4% ABV… you might just float away on this one. 🍻
