A friend of mine asked if I wanted to order some black quail hatching egg. Uhh yes ma’am I do! I asked what else they had so I ended up with a jumbo sparkly, jumbo brown & black quail. So excited to see these babies🥰😁 In to the incubator they go!!!!

These 6 not so little cayugas are 18 weeks today! So i decided it was time for them to get out of the run they’ve been in & mingle with the rest of the flock. 🥹 They will still stay in their separate coop until the geese play nice. Well it didn’t go very smooth this morning with the darn geese!🙄 But it is going great now! Everyone is getting along well! We officially have 13 ducks in total but only 9 Cayugas!🥰

Me: Im out here chasing and whooping the geese’s butt because they didn’t listen & wont stop pinning down the juvenile ducks🙄😂🤦‍♀️ ( more like the goose whooped me 😮‍💨)

P.s. no geese were harmed. I stuck them in the run until they learn to listen & leave others alone. 😁

Well our fence got hit pretty hard by a tree which Im not a happy camper, ( the tree shouldve been taken care of properly.) but at least none of my feathered babies got hurt. Everyone is happy & safe thankfully!! & ofc I have eggs in my incubator 🤦‍♀️ so my honey set up the generator so I could plug it back in. We are getting the fence fixed in the next couple days.
