The chicken tractor is coming along 🐔 I wanted a coop on wheels so that I could rotate the chickens on pasture behind the horses. This not only benefits the soil by having the chickens spread manure, but also makes for healthy free range chickens and keeps the pest pressure down on the farm.

I have been dreaming of getting chickens since I bought the farm almost 4 years ago 🥲. These future egg layers are currently hanging out in the greenhouse until they get big enough to go outside. I am looking forward to listening to these cute little peeps while starting seeds for the 2024 garden!
