7 Acres Homestead will be at the Quitman Farmers Market this Saturday from 8am-noon with piglets!!! Come out and see them and pet them. Be sure to bring the kids out! We will be right next to the playground so make a morning of it. We will also have our meat market, farm table and our herbal healing and health care products table as well. Come see us!

Full blood Kune Kune Piglets for sale. I have 3 litters to choose from:
8 months old: 2 barrows, 1 boar, 2 gilts.
9 weeks old: 3 boars, 1 gilt.
6 weeks old: 1 gilt, 1 barrow.
More will be available in about 5 weeks that are from registered stock.

A little bit about Kune Kune pigs:

They are a small pig breed. However, they can weigh as much as 200-250 lbs fully grown, compared to a Juliana which tops out at 150-200 lbs. They are friendly, playful, lovable and they make great pets because they are also great around kids! They are easily house trained, but also love to be outside. They have wattles which is the small flaps of skin on their little cheeks, hence the name of our page! They do not rut a lot when they are fed well. Speaking of feed, their feed intake is fairly minimal because they grow very slowly. About 4 cups a day is all they need. Our Kune Kune's are full blood and we do not raise mixed breeds or crosses. Not all of our Kune's are registered, but many can be for an additional fee. We do not sell pan fed babies. All of our babies are raised by their mama's until 8 weeks old minimum. Message us for more info on any of our pigs.
