Good Morning ☀️ on this Sunday🌻.
I thought I'd share a quick story. Last year I saw some workers working across the street on my neighbor's property. I offered them a watermelon 🍉 to help them COOL 🧊 off. A couple months ago I saw a watermelon 🍉 growing on my neighbor's fence line next to his driveway. I went over to talk to him and he took me to his backyard and showed me a watermelon patch🍉 🌱with several watermelons. He told me that the patch 🌱 started from the original watermelon 🍉 I had given the workers. I thought it was cool. 𝙄𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 " 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙥 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙤𝙬". 𝙄 𝙝𝙤𝙥𝙚 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙤𝙬 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙩𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮!

A one-third-cup serving of raw rind contains just 10 calories, 1 gram of dietary fiber, 140 milligrams of potassium and 4 milligrams of vitamin C.

The average watermelon is 30% rind — and 62% of consumers throw it straight in the trash, according to the National Watermelon Promotion Board.
