Some days I wake up feeling like I need to go back to bed and restart the day.

This morning included surprise baby goats, animals breaking into places they don’t belong, slipping on goat placenta, getting bitten by a mama goat who just wanted attention, and then two more babies appearing out of nowhere — all while hawks circled overhead.

I know I’m blessed… but whew.
Farm life keeps you humble. 😅🐐

I’m sure these girls are ready to have these babies, I know we are I’m sure if “Murphy” has his way they will wait until it’s the coldest days. But we have heat lamps on in the barn keeping all the animals warm.

Remember when the hubby said “ABSOLUTELY NO house piglet”?
Yeah… well… she didn’t get that memo. 😂🐷

Now she’s trotting around the house, squeaking her little opinions, and glued to my hip like she owns the place.

Meanwhile, I’m over here pretending I didn’t technically break any rules… right? 😇

Im still saying “she isnt staying” but we cant have a “temporary” house poglet wothiut a name

Winston was convinced if he kept searching he would find his grain in the trash can. Farm life really is keeping food in trash cans and trash in feed bags.
