Enjoy a low-carb, veggie-packed twist on a classic using Walden Farms Tomato Basil Sauce. It’s the perfect way to get that rich, savory flavor with zero sugar and zero stress.
Ingredients:
½ cup Walden Farms Tomato Basil Sauce
2 bags (12 oz) frozen riced cauliflower, cooked & squeezed dry
1½ cups shredded mozzarella (divided)
2 eggs
Spices: ¼ tsp salt, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp basil, ½ tsp oregano
Toppings: ½ cup diced tomatoes, ½ cup orange bell pepper, ¼ cup corn, ½ cup green bell pepper, ½ cup red onion
Directions:
Prep the Crust: Mix cooked cauliflower (moisture removed) with eggs, ½ cup mozzarella, and spices. Shape into a crust.
First Bake: Bake at 400°F ($205°C$) for 15 minutes until golden.
Top It: Spread Walden Farms sauce, remaining cheese, and your rainbow of veggies.
Final Bake: Bake for 12 more minutes until the cheese is bubbly and veggies are tender.
