We got two amazing cheeses for all you pizza lovers! On top we have the ever so popular mozzarella! And on the bottom, something to help up your pizza game, Asiago. Both are being smoked with a blend of hickory and mesquite to give these cheeses an extra kick.

Smoked cheese season is back! We’re going to have a bunch of new and unique cheeses this year for you! Starting off with these cheeses smoked with a blend of hickory, maple, and cherry. We have at the top a Wensleydale English cheese with sweet apricots. Then we have a cranberry with orange peel goat cheese. Followed by blueberry with vanilla goat cheese. Finally, a honey goat cheese. All being smoked on 11/2 and will be ready in two weeks on 11/16.

Jackpot! Been waiting for more chipotle garlic to be on the shelf! Probably the most popular cheese we’ve smoked so far. Also trying something different with this black truffle gruyere. You all are in for a treat with these two fantastic cheeses!
