So , I’m over the bar. It’s good , don’t get me wrong- but like I said before I’m not a chocolatier. Also, candy bars don’t read cozy inviting dessert with a hot cup of joe and company.
I do love the combo of katafi dough and different creams ( so far pistachio and biscoff). So…This is a happy medium for me , the “dubia Kenaffa chocolate” TART. The combination of a buttery crust, toasted katafi mixed with cream of choice and topped with a milk and/ or dark chocolate makes for the perfect bite. This is a coffee and tea pairing. This is a Kenaffa desserts item!
I really like how cute and bite size these turned out. Perfect for the dessert table , hostess gift or freezer!
