Their mini-golf course is a creative journey through custom vignettes, featuring everything from a retro bowling lane and graveyard to a spaceship, ancient pyramid, and a live-action Plinko board. Combine that with high-energy laser tag, pool tables, and plenty of TVs to stay caught up on the latest games, and the entertainment is covered.

Durham’s Museum of Life and Science has unveiled a new exhibit, “From Here On: Shaping Our Future.”

This interactive, immersive space tackles climate and sustainability with indoor global visualization tools and an outdoor Climate Patio complete with a rainwater capture system.

It is the perfect reason to visit or revisit this 84-acre landmark, where you can easily couple the new tech-forward exhibit with beloved classic exhibits.

You can spend time wandering the museum to visit the resident animals, test out their other immersive activities or explore the Aerospace section and walk among actual Apollo-era space artifacts.

Btw, I could be wrong but I think that was my first time making a paper plane. 👀
