Introducing HL Catering's Beach House Provisions. 🌊

This summer, we're bringing chef-prepared meals, provisions, and beach house favorites directly to Figure Eight Island.

Here's how it works:
➱ Pick your delivery week & place your order by Tuesday at noon
➱ Select a featured weekly dinner, à la carte items, or both
➱ We'll deliver directly to your beach house by Friday afternoon!

Each week features a different chef-curated dinner for 6-8 guests, from Carolina BBQ and Low Country favorites to Steakhouse Night, Lobster Roll Weekend, Italian Night, and more.

You can also stock the house with charcuterie boards, breakfast casseroles, dessert boxes, cocktail mixer kits, beach snacks, and heat-and-serve favorites.

Planning something bigger? Beach House Provisions can also be the starting point for private dinners, dockside cookouts, milestone celebrations, and fully catered beach house events.

For Evening to Ignite’s Bridgerton-inspired celebration at Junction West, Chef Houston and the HL team crafted a multi-course dining experience designed to feel elegant, intentional, and worthy of high society.

From delicate presentation to rich, layered flavors, every course was created to complement the romance and grandeur of the evening itself.

Dearest gentle reader… 🌸🍽️🍸

Inspired by the theme “Raleigh’s Diamond of the Season,” Evening to Ignite transformed Junction West and Merrimon-Wynne into something straight out of Bridgerton.

We were honored to cater the VIP celebration at Junction West ahead of the main event, surrounded by candlelight, romantic florals, beautifully layered tablescapes, and a room full of people showing up for an incredible cause. Most importantly, the evening raised $206,564 for Haven House Services and the life-changing work they do for local youth.

A beautiful reminder of what can happen when creativity and community come together. 🤍
