Freedom to come and go as we please, live, where we want to live, have the opportunity to build businesses, and celebrate life in a matter that we choose.

What a wonderful opportunity, the founders of our nation provided for us. It’s up to us to make the best of it. We don’t have to let others problems become ours. It’s all about acting upon and not reacting to.. We can choose to be happy and help others to find joy as wel.

Today, 29 years ago, I married the love of my life at the justice of the peace in Durham, NC.

We had many things against us and people as well.

Today we have two beautiful daughters, one grandson and one granddaughter who will be born any day now.

I love you Tammy Kauwe with all my heart and look forward to spending many more wonderful years with you by my side!!!

We are pairing down our Jerky operations. I've got 3 commercial dehydrators still available for $200 a piece. They were $600 new. We have a couple of nice desks for $50 OBO. We also have two refrigerators $75 OBO. Good as a garage refrigerator. Freezer on top. No racks however, I do have stackable bins I'll include for free.

For several reasons, we have decided to suspend operations for our Beef Jerky business the end of July. For anyone in NC area, if you have an interest in getting into the Beef Jerky Manufacturing business contact me. I have an USDA inspected facility that I've operated for the past two years and I have all the equipment necessary to do so. I am also willing to share my knowledge and recipes to the right person.

We will continue to market our delicious Teriyaki Marinades.
We will have one last event this Saturday at China Grove, NC at the Farmers Day Festival to sell our Freshly cooked Gourmet Teriyaki Beef Jerky and Teriyaki Marinades!!!

Enjoy live music at the Annual Efland Seafood festival that benefits various veterans' organizations in the area. This event is held at the Efland Ruritan Club Rodeo grounds located at 3009 Forrest Ave, Efland, NC 27243. 2023 admission is free.
