A huge THANK YOU to New City Supermarket for opening their doors and giving Mom’s Hmong Sausages the opportunity to bring our new brand to the community during the Asian Night Market weekend.

Even though we weren’t selected to be part of the official event, local businesses like New City Supermarket stepped up and gave us a chance to showcase what we’ve been building. That kind of local Asian community support means everything to a small brand like ours.

And after making and serving so many sausages, we figured it was time for something different…

WE NEEDED A BEEF DAY! 🥩

We fired up the grill and switched things up. Sometimes you've got to put the sausages aside for a minute and let the beef have its moment!

To everyone who came down, purchased, shared our posts, brought your friends and supported us — THANK YOU.
