Left - Rolls-Royce ~ A5 Waygu with scallions, eel sauce and truffle aioli on top with blue crab, shrimp tempura and cream cheese inside

Right - Screaming Tuna ~ Spicy tuna and shrimp tempura inside, topped with seared tuna, masago, daikon salad and "O" sauce
