Kelseys Pork is on the Traeger for the Wake Forest Farmers Market tomorrow. Pork Gyros prepared for you at market with all the yummy fillings and Kelseys amazing scratch made Tzatziti Sauce.
Also with his Lemon Roasted Potatos refreshing on a hot day.

Updated Happy Tuesday guys, we will be at the Wake Forest Farmers Market this Saturday.

Kelsey is making his home made Greek Pork Gyros with all the trimmings and his yummy Tzatziti sauce with his Lemon Roasted Potatos. Yummy 🇬🇷

*Kelsey is adding his new amazing soup this week:
Creamy Parmesan Italian Sausage Ditalini Soup, it is so yummy

Will also have his Chicken and Turmeric Immunity Soup, so healthy.

Happy Tuesday, everyone! We’ll be at the Wake Forest Farmers Market this Saturday

Kelsey is cooking up his always‑popular Jerk Chicken with Spanish Rice and Bahamian Mac and Cheese.

We’ll also have our delicious Chicken & Turmeric Immunity Soup 🍲 — so nourishing and so good for you.

And of course, our classic Jamaican Beef Patties 🥟

This week I’ll be baking:

Good afternoon, everyone! We will be at the Wake Forest Farmers Market this Saturday.

Kelsey will be cooking the always‑popular Shrimp Creole with Rice with Kelseys scratch made cornbread

We’ll also have our healthy and delicious Chicken & Turmeric Immunity Soup.

As always, we’ll be offering our Jamaican Beef Patties.

Good morning everyone. We will not be at the market this weekend but we will be back at the Wake Forest Farmers Market on the 16th. We will post our menu next week.

Hi everyone i am still in the UK while my mum is on palliative care😢
Kelsey will be at the Wake Forest Farmers Market this Saturday. Please come by and get his yummy meals.

He is making his Bahamian Baked Chicken with Rice and Bahamian Mac and Cheese.
He will also have limited suppy of his Jamacian Beef Patties and Jamaician Beef Jerk patties.

Also making his amazing Chicken and turmaric Immunity Soup, so good.

Scratch made Italian Meatballs also available.

Limited suppy of English Sausage Rolls.

Hi everyone. Its 11pm here, cant sleep.
Just want to thank you all so much for your kindness, thoughts, and prayers for my mum. I wanted to share an update, although it’s a very difficult one.

Kelsey will be flying back this Saturday and I’ll be staying here longer with Aiden to support Mum. We’ve had more heartbreaking news, during her CT scan they found a cancer that has spread to her bones and lymph nodes. We won’t know more about her prognosis until further scans, all on top of the pneumonia. It truly feels like a terrible nightmare.

To help keep things going at home and to support us here, Kelsey will be attending the Wake Forest Farmers Market on the 25th of April with meals and a limited number of patties. He’ll share an update next week with what he’ll be making.

Thank you again for all your thoughts and prayers, they mean so much right now. We’re at the hospital every day, doing everything we can to keep mums spirits up.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers we miss you all.
Mum has severe pneumonia in both lungs and is currently on oxygen, a nebulizer three times a day, and IV antibiotics. We’re hopeful we’ll start to see even the smallest sign of improvement soon. She’s very breathless and barely eating. We know this is going to be a long recovery, but at this stage even the slightest step forward would mean so much.

Kelsey will likely need to fly back this weekend because of financial reasons and our dogs and I’ll be staying here longer to support her through this.
We do miss you all and appriciaite all your thoughts and prayers.
