Three villages, three beautiful expressions of Chablis. Just five bottles in total.

A tiny allocation of one of our favorite Burgundy producers, Patrick Piuze’s 2025s have arrived at Prism:

Terroir de Chichée
Terroir de Fleys
Terroir de Fyé

Piuze’s terroir-specific Chablis bottlings explore the character of individual villages and sites rather than simply blending fruit from across the appellation. Having all three together offers a rare chance to see those differences side by side.

Fresh, precise and mineral-driven, these are exactly the kind of Chablis we love having in the shop.

We received just five bottles across all three w**es. Once they’re gone, that’s it for this allocation.

There are rare w**es, and then there are w**es where the numbers tell the story of how rare it is.

Recaredo Turó d’en Mota 2009.

100% Xarel·lo from a single 0.97-hectare vineyard planted in 1940. Just 2,874 bottles were produced, with the w**e spending 13 years on its lees before being disgorged by hand.

It’s one of Spain’s benchmark sparkling w**es, and a fascinating expression of just how serious Xarel·lo can be when treated as a great vineyard w**e rather than simply a component of a blend.

A pretty good delivery to open this afternoon.

Four cases from Domaine Rémi Jobard, one of the names we’ve been particularly keen to get more of at Prism.

Jobard took over his family domaine in Meursault in the early 1990s and has quietly built an exceptional reputation. The domaine farms just 8 hectares, organically since 2005, with holdings ranging from Bourgogne through some seriously good Meursault — including Genevrières and Charmes.

These have just landed in Raleigh. We’ll get the bottles unpacked and online shortly.
