At Southern Pasta, we believe you should never have to sacrifice quality for convenience. That’s why we only use fresh ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible so you can experience a healthier, more flavorful dinner. Our pasta is handmade daily using flour that’s regionally grown and ground in Asheville. Our tomatoes, peppers, and other vegetables are grown on farms just a short distance from Raleigh and picked at the peak of ripeness. Our salami, pepperoni, and other meats are from Elon, North Carolina.
