We’ve got a very special guest in the house today! Some of you know him, the original Trophy Assistant Brewer, the original Trophy Innovation Brewer, the brewer of many of your favorites from the past like Outta This Galaxy and Monkey Way, among many others. You may even remember him as JWDeadhead from the Trophy show days. Well, Josh has traveled the world with his amazing wife and he’s now running the show and living his best life at the beach!
•
Today we’re brewing a collab Double IPA with NC grain, Strata, Citra, Nelson Sauvin & honey from that Josh brought with him!
