Meet this week’s featured cold cut, Speck- The Alpine Star of Our Deli. On sale, now through 6/28.
If you love Prosciutto but crave something with a bit more depth, it’s time to try Speck.
Hailing from the mountain region of Trentino Alto Adige since the 1300s, Speck is the bolder, smokier cousin of traditional prosciutto.

Our featured Senfter Speck is crafted from lean pork legs, rubbed with garlic, pepper, juniper berries, and nutmeg, then lightly smoked and aged for at least 4 months.

How to Serve It- besides upgrading any sandwich on the menu, try…
