“The Bourdain” is a flavor bomb of mortadella, melted cheese, mustard, and cherry peppers—all toasted on a hard roll. This sandwich is a play on an Anthony Bourdain favorite, and we’re paying homage to the legendary food artist by making it a permanent menu item.
We’ve been secretly running “The Bourdain” both online and upon request since February. Given its popularity, Mina’s Italian Market & Deli has decided to officially replace the original with this crowd favorite!
Don’t worry, mortadella fans…we can still make you the original Mortadella upon request. It’s moving to our secret menu and will remain available to order online.

The Pastosa Ravioli (Flagship) delivery has officially landed!
This is what 50 cases…well over 600 total packages of NY’s very own pasta goodness looks like when it hits the shop!
From classic fresh raviolis (lobster, mushroom, spinach, meat, cheese, etc.) and stuffed shells to gnocchis, the freezers are officially overflowing. We even have gluten free raviolis and gnocchis!

Festa Italiana is looking for some help. Join all of us for this great celebration held annually.

Festa Italiana North Carolina needs YOU! It takes a whole team of volunteers to bring this festival to Town of Apex Government Campus and Hunter Street on September 19. Volunteer for two hours or all day---four or more hours qualifies you for a free lunch from Deli on Main Street in More information and sign up on Festa's website.

Booths requesting some extra help on the day of Festa include Beer, Wine/Bellini, La Cucina Galbani Zona Babini, Raffle, and Infrastructure.
