Jake Clark's Mule Days is a whole lot more than just a Saturday auction.

The entire week leading up to the sale is packed with clinics and demonstrations designed to help riders, handlers, and trainers sharpen their skills. Over the years, we've had some of the best in the business share their knowledge in the pen, like Ty Evans, Jeff Pace, John Chippalone, and Mark Bailey. Whether you're working on horsemanship or learning pack knots, there's always something new to take home.

You don't need to be buying a mule to come learn with us. Mark your calendar for June 14-20, 2027.

Who would you like to see teaching a clinic at the 2027 Mule Days? Drop their name in the comments.

There is nothing quite like the sound of harness leather and steady hooves coming down the road. Even better when its a team of MULES!

We were lucky to have this fine team of driving mules join us for the parade. Watching a hitch move together like this is a testament to the drivers.

Buyers at Jake Clark's Mule Days aren't just looking for a good looking animal. They're looking for miles, wet saddle blankets, and a dependable mind.

When preparing your consignment video and photos, show what your mule actually does:

- Loading and unloading quietly
- Handling their feet for the farrier
- Saddling, bridling and mounting from the ground and a block
- Navigating water, bridges, and deadfall
- Working cattle or packing a load

Honest stock speaks for itself. Consignments close January 15, 2027. Contact TJ at (307) 272-4563.

TJ leading the herd in back in 2007. Nearly twenty years later, not a whole lot has changed about the work or the country, just a few more miles behind us and plenty of good stories along the way.

If you were around Ralston back in '07, who remembers this string?
