It's a great week on deck and Im opening enough for you to try everything on my menu!

I'll be holding over my menu from last week with one change, I'll be taking the pulled pork chimis off and doing some grilled fish tacos this week they'll look like this 👉 👇

GRILLED WAHOO TACOS
🐟 Grilled Wahoo with a pineapple salsa 🍍 roasted pepita and cilantro pesto, agave lime cabbage slaw, and smoked chile crema wrapped in grilled corn tortilla with a chihuahua cheese crust. 🌮

📅 schedule this week:
* Thursday 11-2/4-8 T&T: Trucks & Taps, Patio
* Friday 11-9
* Saturday 11-2 T&T Saturday Night either T&T or MAYBE at Lovely Brewing Company if I can work it out I'll keep ya updated!

But my buddies over at Nocturnal Eats have a their truck in the shop and I offered to let them cook on mine today! Uhhh, you already know but It's pretty darn good. Hey Crunchies just a heads up I'm going to try my best but some maintenance popped up yesterday that put me a little behind on prep. Im going ro plan for noon today at T&T: Trucks & Taps, Patio. Sorry for any inconvenience. If I can get open earlier I will! Will keep ya updated!
