Beef it’s what’s for dinner.

Steaks to be exact. 2.6 lbs sirloin a couple of kc strips and then a couple of filets for the girls. Sirloin will be cooked rare and then turned into fajitas at a later date.

Have a half a beef hanging at American Heritage Beef Company that someone backed out on. The half hangs at 538 lbs and will cost $4.75/lb plus processing. It went in on March 18th and will hang for 21 days. If interested, please reach out. You can have it cut to your preference if spoken for this week.
