6 tbsp Lemon EVOO

2-3 lemons, sliced

2 cups thinly sliced yellow onion

Celtic salt to taste

¾ tsp turmeric

½ tsp ground coriander

½ tsp black pepper

National Extra Virgin Olive Oil Day is celebrated on September 30th, this day recognizes the health benefits of extra virgin olive oil and the craftsmanship that goes into making it. The International Olive Council first celebrated this day in 2019. EVOO is processed less than other olive oils, so it retains more of its natural antioxidants, vitamins and polyphenols.
