We got pretty spoiled today collaborating with Grassland Management LLC. We both had burn projects relatively close in Reno county and working together meant getting two done quickly, safely, and efficiently.

13 straight days of non burn days due to weather makes for a challenging spring. We were able to get one in up in the rocky flint hills. The conditions were not ideal but we were able to safely get this one done despite 30 plus mph wind gusts.

Why hire us to do your prescribed burns?
We meet with you to go over your goals of burning and management of the land for the fire. We don’t just burn it!

Unlike most we have specific PRESCRIBED BURN ENDORSED insurance with a Copy of the insurance policy upon request. This is nearing almost impossible to obtain in Kansas.
When selecting a contractor or someone to hire for your burn always ask for the COI (Certificate of Insurance) for your own peace of mind.

It’s been one of those challenging years to get things done but when conditions allow we have been making the best of it. We are booking days for our summer burns so call soon to book us. Here are some of our pictures of an upcoming project and some of the great prep work that’s done to allow for safe burning!
