Prescribed Burn Sauces With a commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

In the heart of Granite Bay, a local entrepreneur launched a hot sauce company that has quickly gained a loyal following for its bold flavors and unique spice blends. Prescribed burn sauces was started in Granite Bay California by a couple of guys obsessed with intense flavor and heat but never found the two in the same place. That’s when we decided to do something about it and create craveable roasted and smoke flavored sauces with varying levels of heat brought about by the addition of various peppers, veggies, vinegars and salts.
