Summer is still in full swing, and so is everything happening around the Clubhouse! This month's newsletter is filled with community updates, opportunities to get involved, and helpful reminders to keep Anatolia beautiful, safe, and thriving.

We wanted to let you know that a few of the Clubhouse air conditioning units are currently down, which is affecting temperatures in most indoor spaces. Our HVAC maintenance team has already been scheduled and is working to diagnose and repair the issue as quickly as possible.

If replacement units are needed, we're thankful that the Association's Reserve Fund is healthy and well-planned, allowing us to move forward with replacements right away without delay.

In the meantime, the pools remain cool, open, and refreshing, but we encourage you to plan your Clubhouse visits accordingly while we work through these repairs.

Aloha, Anatolia! 🌺🌴

After almost a full week of recovering, we’re still smiling from one incredible evening with 800 of our closest friends! Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Clubhouse with all of you was truly something special, and seeing so many neighbors come together was the greatest compliment we could have received. It was the largest one day event in Anatolia history! 🥂

Mahalo to everyone who attended, shared kind words during the celebration, and continued the love in the days that followed. Your support and community spirit are what make Anatolia such an amazing place to call home.

A few Memorial Weekend operational reminders as we head into the holiday weekend:
🇺🇸The Clubhouse will remain OPEN on Memorial Day.
🇺🇸The Snack Bar will be CLOSED on Memorial Day.
🇺🇸Open Swim at the Lap Pool will take place Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM to help accommodate increased holiday usage before lap lanes are reinstalled each evening.

We encourage everyone to enjoy the pools, sunshine, and time with family, friends, and neighbors responsibly throughout the weekend.

Most importantly, Memorial Day is a time to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. From all of us at the Anatolia Clubhouse, we extend our gratitude to those who made the ultimate sacrifice and to the families who carry their legacy forward every day.

(It's a long one, but really important!)

We are excited to announce that it is time to begin downloading our new hands-free door access app, Rhombus, now available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. As we prepare to launch this new platform, we need your help to ensure a smooth and successful transition for the entire community.

To activate and maintain your access credentials, please make sure we have your most current:
▫️Household information forms
▫️Email address (this email will be tied directly to your account and mobile credentials)
▫️Phone numbers
▫️Rental agreements, if tenants are authorized to receive Clubhouse access

If we currently have an outdated or unused email address on file, your mobile credentials may not function properly with the new system.

Additionally, if a household member originally registered as a minor is now an adult, please notify us so we can update their profile and ensure their credentials reflect the appropriate access permissions.

This transition is a significant undertaking designed to:
▫️Improve convenience with hands-free entry
▫️Enhance account security
▫️Better manage and prevent misuse of credentials
▫️Streamline community access overall

Please note that each hands-free credential will be uniquely assigned to an individual mobile device, making accurate information essential. The sooner residents update their information and download the app, the smoother and faster the transition process will be for everyone. There will be a future cutoff date when physical access cards will no longer function, and we do not want anyone to experience interruptions accessing the community facilities. We encourage you to share this information with your neighbors and community groups as we move toward this exciting upgrade.

For residents who prefer not to use mobile access, as well as minors who may not yet have mobile phones, we will also offer a fob option to replace the current physical access cards. You can find the household forms here: https://www.anatoliahoa.org/membership
