We hope everyone is enjoying the beginning of warmer weather and gearing up for a fun Memorial Weekend at the Clubhouse!

A few Memorial Weekend operational reminders as we head into the holiday weekend:
🇺🇸The Clubhouse will remain OPEN on Memorial Day.
🇺🇸The Snack Bar will be CLOSED on Memorial Day.
🇺🇸Open Swim at the Lap Pool will take place Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM to help accommodate increased holiday usage before lap lanes are reinstalled each evening.

We encourage everyone to enjoy the pools, sunshine, and time with family, friends, and neighbors responsibly throughout the weekend.

Most importantly, Memorial Day is a time to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. From all of us at the Anatolia Clubhouse, we extend our gratitude to those who made the ultimate sacrifice and to the families who carry their legacy forward every day.

(It's a long one, but really important!)

We are excited to announce that it is time to begin downloading our new hands-free door access app, Rhombus, now available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. As we prepare to launch this new platform, we need your help to ensure a smooth and successful transition for the entire community.

To activate and maintain your access credentials, please make sure we have your most current:
▫️Household information forms
▫️Email address (this email will be tied directly to your account and mobile credentials)
▫️Phone numbers
▫️Rental agreements, if tenants are authorized to receive Clubhouse access

If we currently have an outdated or unused email address on file, your mobile credentials may not function properly with the new system.

Additionally, if a household member originally registered as a minor is now an adult, please notify us so we can update their profile and ensure their credentials reflect the appropriate access permissions.

This transition is a significant undertaking designed to:
▫️Improve convenience with hands-free entry
▫️Enhance account security
▫️Better manage and prevent misuse of credentials
▫️Streamline community access overall

Please note that each hands-free credential will be uniquely assigned to an individual mobile device, making accurate information essential. The sooner residents update their information and download the app, the smoother and faster the transition process will be for everyone. There will be a future cutoff date when physical access cards will no longer function, and we do not want anyone to experience interruptions accessing the community facilities. We encourage you to share this information with your neighbors and community groups as we move toward this exciting upgrade.

For residents who prefer not to use mobile access, as well as minors who may not yet have mobile phones, we will also offer a fob option to replace the current physical access cards. You can find the household forms here: https://www.anatoliahoa.org/membership

Our May Newsletter is out, and it’s packed with important summer updates and reminders to keep the Clubhouse running smoothly as we head into a busy season!

Here are a few quick highlights:

🦩Summer is here! With school almost out, we’re seeing increased activity—please remember all members must scan in, guests must be accompanied, and pool monitors are on-site to help keep things safe and respectful.
🦩Security reminders are in full effect—no propping doors, no after-hours access to guests, and all rules are actively monitored with our updated systems.
🦩Snack Bar is OPEN! New menu items include chicken flautas, hummus & pretzels, and yes—guac can be added to anything 🥑. Updated hours are included for May and June.
🦩Memorial Weekend updates: Lap swim will be limited to morning hours, then transition to open swim for the rest of the day. No fitness classes will be held Saturday–Monday.

✨ You know that feeling when something has been long overdue… and then it finally gets done? Yeah—that feeling is everywhere right now.

The before and after of our stained concrete is honestly night and day. The amount of “we needed this” we’ve been hearing is through the roof—and we couldn’t agree more. It’s fresh, clean, and such a huge upgrade to the overall look and feel of the Clubhouse.

This project is also a great reminder of what a strong, well-planned Association can do. Improvements like this are made possible through reserve funds that have been responsibly built over time—and it shows.

A big thank you to our Board of Directors for continuing to invest in the community and prioritize projects that make a real impact. 🥂

Work is actively underway around the Clubhouse entrances.
Please remain alert as you approach the building and avoid distractions (including mobile devices), as conditions may change.

Some doors may be temporarily unavailable. Access points may shift throughout the day. Construction will continue around most Clubhouse entrances through Friday.
