Staff pick: sweet potato greens 🍠

The leaves of sweet potatoes are an excellent source of beta-carotene, antioxidants, magnesium, iron, polyphenols, vitamin A and C, and omega-3 fatty acids. We love them in smoothies, steamed, or sautéed with a little olive oil and garlic 🧄 stems and all!

Not many farms can say they grow, harvest, and sell on-site but that’s how it’s done here! 🍓🥬🍅

Some items we currently have:

Crystalline iceplant, the first cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, fava beans, some squash and zucchini, radicchio, escarole, lettuces, strawberries, mulberries, and blackberries! Corn and stone fruit are on the way.
