We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Equipment & Log Loader Operator who enjoys working outdoors, operating heavy equipment, and having a job where no two days are exactly the same.
💰 Starting at $28/hour
⏰ Full-Time + Overtime Available

🚜 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Operating excavators, tractors, skid steers, loaders & dump trucks
• Loading, moving & processing logs
• Tree removal, clearing & land maintenance
• Operating chainsaws for tree cutting & cleanup
• Moving dirt, gravel, mulch, stone & other materials
• Site preparation & grading
• Farm maintenance & property improvements
• Loading/unloading and basic equipment maintenance
• Assisting with construction, landscaping & farm projects
• Helping with farm events and seasonal operations when needed
🌲 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✔️ Professional chainsaw experience required
✔️ Heavy equipment operating experience
✔️ Experience with tractors, excavators & dump trucks
✔️ Strong understanding of equipment safety
✔️ Mechanically inclined
✔️ Dependable & hardworking
✔️ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
This isn’t a repetitive job. One day you may be clearing land, the next moving logs, running an excavator, grading a site, or helping tackle a new project around the farm.
