We operate out of a state approved concession trailer that specializes in, pit beef, smoked turkey, barbecued ribs, minced pork bbq, minced chicken bbq, smoked turkey legs and Bo’s famous 16 bean soup. We offer a warm and

friendly atmosphere to our customers with our outdoor theme. Our meats are cooked fresh daily on our outdoor smokers where the smell travels for miles. We prepare our meats with a dry rub and serve it with the option of being wet or sauce on the side. With only opening on Saturdays and Sundays, Up In Smoke Caterers has gained considerable notoriety as a terrific lunch and dinner spot.
