has been doing business in Randallstown, Maryland since June 2000, at 8212 Liberty Road. Up In Smoke Caterers prides itself on providing the best tasting grilled food year round. We operate out of a state approved concession trailer that specializes in, pit beef, smoked turkey, barbecued ribs, minced pork bbq, minced chicken bbq, smoked turkey legs and Bo’s famous 16 bean soup. We offer a warm and

friendly atmosphere to our customers with our outdoor theme. Our meats are cooked fresh daily on our outdoor smokers where the smell travels for miles. We prepare our meats with a dry rub and serve it with the option of being wet or sauce on the side. With only opening on Saturdays and Sundays, Up In Smoke Caterers has gained considerable notoriety as a terrific lunch and dinner spot. A couple slabs of slowly smoked baby back ribs are great on Sunday while watching your favorite NFL football team play.

Good Afternoon Up in Smoke Family! We’ve missed you all. ❤️ Today we would like to announce that we will not be returning to our liberty rd. location. We have decided to go a new route.

With that being said on this Fathers Day we are proud to announce that Bo Rose left his wife and children with some special gifts… that we are ready to share‼️

Starting Thursday, June 22nd we will be soft launching our official “Bo Rose All Purpose” seasoning blend. This incredible seasoning blend was created by Bo many years ago and used on everything he cooked, from his ribs, chicken, pit beef and pork bbq… to his greens, and bean soup. We are so excited to be able to share this part of Bo with his customers who over the years became his family.

We hope that you support and enjoy this very special gift Bo left. Mark your calendars for June 22nd.

Good Morning friends and family. While we have greatly missed you all, Up in Smoke has not yet reopened. Anyone operating infront of or behind the BBQ stand is doing so without our permission and without the permission of the lots landlord. It is heart breaking for us to get calls and text that there are people operating businesses on our property with the intention of capitalizing off of someone elses hard work. While Bo is no longer with us, we can not forget the hard work he put in for over 20 years to serve the very best grilled food year around to his community.

Up in Smoke will not be closed forever! We appreciate all of your support and patience during this time ❤️

Missing Bo Rose and his delicious Smoked Turkeys this Thanksgiving holiday. Bo and his wife Wendy would smoke 50-80 turkeys for their customers every year for Thanksgiving. Bo was a blessing to so many 💜
