It’s frosty this morning -15 here at 4 am. It’s been a very cold couple of weeks. Hoping the is the last of the brutal cold mornings 🤞However, I’m very thankful for a nice calf barn that keeps our calves comfortable to work in!

We have lots of maple treats for all of your Christmas gift needs! Syrup, maple sugar , granulated sugar, maple pecans, peanuts, almonds, cashews, maple cream, maple coffee and tea ,maple garlic seasoning and maple popcorn.

Exciting and a little nerve racking as today is the day our new bulk tank is moved in. We have to be able to get the old tank out and the new one in place and working between milkings.

Our old tank held 4000 gallons but would only hold the milk from one day. Our new one will hold 6700 gallons and enable us to have our milk picked up every other day and save us very expensive extra fees.

Thank you to the NY Dairy modernization grant for making this change possible!

We had a great time over the last week hosting our school tours! It’s great to. Share our love of agriculture with the students. A special thank you to Randolph FFA for doing the tour for the Randolph 4th graders
