We have noticed a heart-warming amount of new faces!!! So we thought we’d take a minute to re-introduce ourselves. We are Josh + Amber (owners) of The Breakroom.
Most days you’ll find me, Amber, behind the counter making drinks, planning specials, creating posts, ordering inventory, cooking food, and trying to keep all the pieces moving.
Josh is the guy who quietly keeps everything else running. If something breaks, needs repaired, needs built, or somehow ends up on my never-ending project list, he’s usually the one making it happen. While helping with The Breakroom, he also works tirelessly to keep our farming operation running strong. Between the farm and the coffee shop, there aren’t many spare hours in the day, and I’m incredibly thankful for all he does to help make both successful.
The Breakroom started as a dream, and like most dreams, it has required a lot of long days, hard work, faith, and support from family, friends, and this community. We never imagined how much this place would mean to us or how many wonderful people we’d meet along the way.
Thank you for every coffee purchased, every meal ordered, every kind word shared, and every time you’ve chosen to support our small business. You are the reason we’re here.
We’re grateful to call this community home and look forward to serving you for years to come.
P.S. Josh keeps The Breakroom standing. I keep him employed. Seems like a fair trade. 😂
