If you've ever taken a class with us talking about spirit offerings, you'll know that one of our favorites is maple syrup.
Now, thanks to Boothman Sugar Orchard of Randolph, NH, we have local make syrup in the shop. Made on old family land, Jeff and Maria have continued the family operation of tapping trees and boiling the sap to make sublime syrup for both spirits or pancakes. We are delighted to have it here!
