Vermont Chevon works to educate the retail, wholesale and consumer markets about goat (chevon) as a healthy and flavorful meat option. The company contracts with farmers who want to diversify their production with a value-added product and become finishing farms that will raise goats for meat according to the highest standards of animal health and sustainability.
