HighFields Farm is again offering organic, free-range turkeys for the holidays. We have been raising these Broad Breasted Bronze turkeys for over a decade and they are amazingly consistent for their taste and tenderness, year after year. A special bird for a special gathering. We are also taking orders for organic whole or half lamb, and lamb cuts and naturally tanned sheepskins at the same online sheet.

We hope you'll come visit HighFields Farmers tomorrow at the Norwich Farmers Market, where we'll have radishes, spinach, eggs, and every cut of lamb that you might want to barbeque (all organic!), PLUS!! Super sweet & juicy Hakurei Turnips! These have been growing gorgeously, and are an amazing spring time treat. We love to slice them and enjoy raw. The greens are a lovely bonus, adding color and nutrition to any dish, or just cooked on their own.
