Another neat recipe I tried with mushrooms! I made bacon in the air fryer. This was made from blue oyster mushrooms torn into strips. Toss it in a bowl with melted coconut oil, maple syrup, paprika, and salt. I put it in the air fryer at 400 for 10 minutes. It seriously has a bacon flavor!

I cooked up some lion's mane mushrooms for dinner. They looked so much like meat! Lion's mane has so many health benefits! It's said to be great for cognitive function, reducing anxiety, gut health, and heart health!
