We're busy getting the shop ready for the season.

We are offering a new flavor this year! Cajun snack sticks ($6.50/lb and Cajun smoked sausage $6.25/lb). A bold, flavorful Cajun taste, similar to Andouli.

Also, if you bring CLEAN, B***D meat you'll save the $130 fee of us doing it for you. (Not required, just an option to help you save some money)

There is NO increase in prices from last year.

Same as last year, please give us a courtesy call/text if it is getting late/dark. We'll get a light turned on for you.

All wrapped up with another season! We would like to thank all of our customers, both old and new, for entrusting us with your deer. It was a rough season with Kelly's injury but we had Jessica and Shane who really stepped up and helped make it work. Thank you all again and hope to see you at the end of this year for the new season.

I know we said we were done for the year, but.......if you get one this weekend, you can bring it on over for processing. Do NOT let if freeze! In fact, the sooner you get it here after harvesting, the better!
