If you have a direct booking for the cottage, your payment must be made in FULL a minimum of 30 days prior to your check in day for your reservation to be confirmed.

This is a new policy that took place earlier this year for direct bookings but it is the same policy that we use for Airbnb reservations!

Cancelations made within the 30 days of check in, may receive a full or partial refund IF some or all reserved dates can be rebooked.

Should we need to cancel on our behalf, reservations will receive a FULL refund.

Third party travel insurance is always a great option!
