Due to stormy weather earlier this week, many of the sunflowers in the maze have bent over and some have been uprooted. The pathways are now most suited for children unless you do not mind bending down to walk through them. The sunflowers are a mix of open blooms and some huge seed heads that have made the birds very happy.
Open this Sunday and Labor Day Monday from 1-5 until next season. There is no admission charge.

Last Wednesday, a helicopter circled our farm several times. We think the view of the maze caught their eye as the sunflowers were in peak bloom that day. This will be the last week with tons and tons of blooms so we will be open today and tomorrow plus next Sunday and Monday from 1 to 5 after which we will close until next year. Harvest has begun to get seeds to replant a maze and have cut sunflowers for sale. There is no charge to come visit this year.
