🍇 Throwback Thursday at Rockbridge 🍷
Taking it back to 2013, when W**e & Grape Grower featured our own Shep Rouse as a “Virginia w**e trailblazer.”

Long before Virginia w**e became what it is today, Shep was experimenting, adapting, and finding ways to make great w**e right here in the Shenandoah Valley. The article looks back on a journey that began with Rockbridge making w**e in 1986—and a whole lot of grapes, harvests, hard work, and innovation since. 🍇

More than a decade after this article was published, you can still find Shep doing what he loves—right here at the vineyard. ❤️

And with Harvest Festival this Saturday, it feels like the perfect week to look back at a little piece of Rockbridge history.

Some traditions are worth raising a glass to. 🍷

Sip. Relax. Stay Awhile.
