Opened in 2021, Cohort Craft Brewery is a family-run establishment bringing South Dakotans a unique selection of beers and meads. Located on Rapid City's south side, they use high-quality ingredients, including locally sourced honey, to create progressive brews that go beyond traditional styles.

Beer and pizza, pizza and beer - the best combo since peas and carrots. We are now able to say we will be serving pizza and appitizers by the end of the week! Saying we are excited to introduce 5th Street Pizza, the new restaurant arm of Cohort Craft Brewery, is a drastic understatement. We have the official "Grand Opening" scheduled for Sept 12th.

Like our beer, mead, and N/A beverages you can expect the same attention to detail and quality of ingredients. We will be starting out slow with a limited menu to make sure we have all of our process' juuuuuust right. It will be worth it!

We are proud to announce we are on track to begin serving our pizza menu in the next few weeks!!!

Since moving all of our beer and mead production over to Cohort - Black Hills, we have been working on building a pizza kitchen where the brewhouse used to be. Let us introduce, 5th Street Pizza, the new restaurant arm of Cohort Craft Brewery. After several set backs...we are extremely excited to announce that we working hard (very) to begin serving some manner of our menu by next week. We have the official "Grand Opening" scheduled for Sept 12th.

Like our beer, mead, and N/A beverages you can expect the same attention to detail and quality of ingredients. We will be starting out slow to make sure we have all of our process juuuuuust right. But rest assured, it will be worth it!

The Texas-based singer-songwriter spent most of his early twenties in isolation, working hard shoeing horses. This lifestyle laid the groundwork and set the stage for him to write hundreds of songs, eventually leading to an opportunity to record his first full album, ‘West of East’. Emphasizing social media marketing, the records and singles achieved immediate success in the Texas country format, laying a strong foundation for the next chapter of his musical journey. Jarrod aims to capture the free, wild spirit of the American Cowboy, with smooth, memorable melodies and gritty vocals that can range from a sensitive, contemplative, lonely late-night drive to a full-on summertime folk-rock revival.
Jarrod's musical influences are wide and it shows, often making formatting and placement difficult. However, this is purposeful. Jarrod believes that the music he is planning to release will appeal to a very broad audience. Fans often use a wide variety of references to describe his style, including Tom Petty, Kacey Musgraves, Ryan Bingham, Sting, John Mellencamp, and Ryan Adams. Jarrod's musical personality can best be described as an indie sound and old soul with a dedicated modern songwriter's heart.

We did a ‘lil something new, and we think you’ll love it. Let us introduce,🐝City Pop🍯,a traditional mead with Haskap berries. Over the past 8+ months a new mead has been cooking-a style totally different from our lower ABV craft meads. Using our stainless steel wine barrels we added nearly 3x the honey normally used in our mead and allowed 6+ month to ferment and condition. Once we felt the base mead was juuuuust right we then blended in...fresh Japanese Haskap berries. The boys rested the mead again for a few months and now BOOOOOM!!! a traditional mead ready to hit your lips this Saturday. Dialing in at 11% ABV and using a fruit fairly rare to ‘Merica is what made this project so much fun. Come enjoy this treat at BOTH locations this Saturday. Made by us, just for you!
