It's always been my dream to have a horse farm since I was a little girl. And have been blessed to have that dream come true. Even with the work and the expense it still very fulfilling to me. The other thing I enjoy and love to do it share it with others and that has also happen throughout the years. Here are a few pictures of this weekend, of my friend Annie and her children on their new pony. It warms my heart and soul to be so blessed!!

Update on Soldier!! The old boy came around. At first I had more mineral on me than I got in him but I gave him a good talking to and he came around. Lol. No oil for two days and no bantimine for about 4 days. Put him out with his his herd today and hes on happy camper. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.

Well I haven't posted anything on this page in a long while. Its time the good old boy in the center "Soldier" many of you know him and hes my oldest and dearest now here on the farm. He hasnt been feeling well for over a week now. It started off he was colicky on the Saturday before Christmas. Treated him like I usually do for colic. He seemed to be ok then Christmas eve he was down again. This time tho it was a little different he wasnt able to eat or digest food. Vet instructions were to do mineral oil 3 times a day. Started that Friday. So today my boy seems better but hes still not himself. I'm hopeful and will be calling vet tomorrow with an update.
