You may be asking, "What does Zymurcracy mean?" Our name represents our passion for the art and science of fermentation and our community. Zymurgy is the branch of applied chemistry concerned with the fermentation process in brewing. Zymurcracy is a community of individuals dedicated to the principles and art of fermentation science. Our Beer

We brew a wide range of beer styles, from lighter bodied Kolsch styles to heavier bodied Russian Imperial Stouts. Our beers are handcrafted in small three-barrel batches, using yeast we have propagated especially for each style. We're "keeping it real" and naming our beers after their style. Experimentation in craft beer is often the foundation of new styles; so we also have special releases of these beers to keep it fresh and get your feedback!
